Özer Uğur 

Özer Uğur, graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Dokuz Eylül University in 2001 and completed a Master's program in Production Management and Industrial Business Administration at the same university in 2004.

Mr. Uğur began his professional career in 2002 as an Industrial Engineer at CMS Jant ve Makina Sanayii A.Ş. From 2005 to 2007, he served as the Planning and Logistics Manager in CMS Pazarlama Perakende A.Ş. He continued in the role of Planning and Logistics Manager within the CMS Group until 2013, when he was promoted to Planning and Logistics Director. Between 2015 and 2024, Mr. Uğur held various leadership positions within CMS Group, including Customer Relations Director, Sales Director, and Sales Coordinator. Since June 2024, he has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board Member of CMS Group. Additionally, since 2019, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board at CMS Automotive Trading GmbH, overseeing the company’s sales, marketing, and distribution activities in Europe.
