Two Awards at Once for CMS Group’s Human Resources Practices!

CMS Group has been recognized with two awards at the Employer Brand Stars awards, presented by the prestigious London-based Employer Brand Academy. These awards evaluate effective employee recruitment, engagement, and retention policies and practices.

For the 2023 Employer Brand Stars Awards, CMS Group made two submissions regarding its Human Resources practices and won in both categories. In the "Onboarding" category which recognizes effective recruitment and integration practices, CMS Group received a "Gold" award. In the "Graduate Recruitment Programme" category which assesses programs aimed at helping organizations achieve their strategic goals through graduate hiring, CMS Group was awarded a "Silver" award.

With these two awards, CMS Group adds to its growing collection of international recognition in the field of Human Resources.
