The period of guarantee begins upon the delivery of the product to the customer and is valid for two (2) years. The time required for maintenance, repair and change of the product within the period of guarantee is added to the period of guarantee.
CMS Wheels are under the guarantee of our company against the faults of any material and workmanship. Other products such as wheel nut, hub ring, hubcap and pin which are also provided with wheel are also covered by our guarantee.
For any CMS product considered to be defected due to material and workmanship faults, a defect notification report can be prepared after application to an authorized CMS dealer with the guarantee document and the invoice. A technical examination of the wheel is performed free of charge and final report is prepared. This period can not exceed 30 days.
If a fault of material or workmanship within the period of guarantee of our product is deteced by our company, afore mentioned products are to be replaced with new ones.
Any faults resulting from noncompliance to the requirements stated in the assembly and instructions manual of the product or a transportation beyond the responsibility of CMS, are not covered by the guarantee.
Users shall notify CMS of any disputes they might have between them and any authorized CMS dealers via mail or phone.
In relation to any problems due to the Certificate of Guarantee, Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of the Protection of Customer and Competition shall be applied.
The use of this certificate has been permitted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of the Protection of Customer and Competition in accordance with 4077 numbered law and the TRKGM-95/116-117 numbered notice arranged according to this law.
