CMS Forest
In order to protect our environment and to leave our children a greener Izmir, CMS constantly collaborates with the Aegean Forest Foundation.
First of these projects;which was constructed in 2005 under leadership of our late founder Tonguç Ösen,“First CMS Forest” was placed near Çeşme Motorway on 37 hectares, where a total of 37,000 saplings had been planted.
Under the scope of the same project, CMS has forested another area in 2015. This time, 2,000 pieces of pine seedlings and 3,250 pieces of Elands Sourfig were planted on an area of 7,600 m2.
Rain Water Project
Under the scope of 'Rain Water Recycling' project of CMS Jant Sanayi A.Ş., approximately 20 thousand tons of rainwater has been recycled in a 1 year period of time.
CMS Jant Sanayi A.Ş. was awarded first prize in the category of “Environment-Friendly Project” in“The Contest of Environment Awards”which has been organized for 12 years by the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry. (EBSO) The aim of this prize is to encourage and reward the companies who are keeping environment on their agenda and performing positive and successful activities for the protection of the environment. The award was given by Deputy Turkish Economy Minister Adnan Yıldırım and EBSO Chairman Ender Yorgancılar.
